I’ve been a Mac enthusiast since they were introduced in 1984. I’m skilled in supporting all versions of the Mac operating system and any model computer.
I provide Macintosh support, training and consulting to residential and business customers throughout the Puget Sound region. I provide a full range of support services, described below to help you or your business. Support can be provided in-person, via telephone and in conjunction with remote control software.
Sound Support is mostly me, Tim Hannon. However, I have a network of colleagues with whom I work on larger projects or when services outside of my focus are needed.
Rates:
• Residential Customers - $80/hour with a one hour minimum
• Business Customers - $112/hour with a one hour minimum
$20 travel fee for each in-person visit
Hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
