I have been a Mac user for several years but never really knew what I was doing, how to fix problems on my own, or how to chose/upgrade hardware or software.  Tech support lines only offered one piece of information at a time, usually after waiting on hold for hours and hours.  A friend recommended I talk to Tim—said he made house calls!   It has been a complete pleasure working with Tim the last five years.  Over time Tim has helped me:
